NU parsvara jau aerobikas miksi tiek taisiti atri un bez ipashas tur iedzilinasanas. Tikai lai ir normalas parejas un ritms vajadzigaja atruma un viss. Efektus reti kad lieku, ja nu gadijuma ipashs noskanjojums un daudz laika.

i know, many aerobic instructors told me why i dont make 32, but 16 is max that is used here in Latvia, so there is no need to make it 32 for me. More beat-count, more dissifult to make mix, thats why i dont make more beat-count than needed.
