you got a lot of tracks but many of them are listed as "no online" listening...I tried to check out your forum and your "help" section to figure out what was needed to listen to it and couldn't find anything.

Hello! If there is "no online listening" stated, that means i havent added link to file. You dont have to do anything. Not every mix will be for online listening, especially old ones. You can request listening link in comments if you really want to hear the mix.

i downloaded this track and once it was done it automatically started playing through my windows media player, once finished i tried to save/play again and it said the format was incorrectand could not be found?? anyideas?? also as i have already used credits on it, if i try to download again will it charge me again??? please let me know, thanks......

You will be charged credits only once. After that you can download as much as you want this mix and it will not charge you again. As for downloading, if it opens in windows media player, try to play it almost till the end and then try to save as (while still playing). Or you can try different internet browser.
