Get GC by sending SMS
Now you can get GC by sending SMS. It is available in many countries. More info see here. You must be logged in to see correct SMS code.
Since SMS service is like donation to me, after 5th SMS you will be upgraded to SuperUser 3 in case you have lower SuperUser level at that moment.

2010-Jul-08 10:12:40US is not included yet. If US was available i would include, but it is not yet. So far the only other way to get GC is to comment, or if you have friend at country that is available in SMS section and can send SMS with your code and get you GC.
